“I want to express my appreciation for Ittenbach Capital. I had contacted them in mid April, 2017 regarding my father’s house. The home was in significant disrepair and I was trying to find a company to purchase it for a “flip.” I met with them (and 4 other flippers who weren’t interested) at the property and they decided the house needed a lot more work than they were willing to do on this particular home. They were honest and upfront and didn’t sugar coat the reality I was facing. During our meeting, we discussed other possibilities on selling the property. Believe me when I tell you that there were several times where I thought this place would never sell for enough to pay off the remaining mortgage.
