Q: How does your process work?
A: Our process is simple. Fill out our short form or give us a call today. There is an initial call so that we can better understand your situation and the condition of your house. During that call, we assess whether or not it’s a good fit. From there we set up some time for an on-site meeting. This gives us a chance to meet in person and get a better look at your house. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: This is a very common question for our customers. It’s a complicated process that we feel is worth the time and effort. The harder we work the greater the likelihood of a successful outcome. First, we look at the local market, what houses like yours are selling for and how long they typically take to sell. Second, we consider any repairs and updates that may be required to get the house “market ready.” We have to take into consideration purchase and carrying costs but that is typically minimal when considering the big picture. House values can differ greatly from one neighborhood to another. Additionally, houses that need work take longer to sell than others that are move-in ready. But we prefer a house that needs a little TLC as we do all the work ourselves.
We also consider the initial purchase price, time under construction and time on market. But all that being said, our primary goal is putting together a good deal, one that you will be happy about and willing to tell your friends about us.
