Q: Are you going to list my house on the MLS or actually buy it?

Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes, we pay fair prices for properties. Most of the properties we buy need some work done. Typically there is a list of things that have to be completed before we can rent a house out or resell it. However, we cannot pay the highest price for a house that needs updating, repairing, and painting. But we can pay a fair price for the condition that its in. We want to create a win-win for you and for us. We will work with you to come to a fair agreement. And, of course, you won’t have to pay agent commissions when we buy your house. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: That’s a great question. We have to check on the values of the homes in the neighborhood. And then we have to figure in the repairs that it needs and the amount of time that it’ll take to complete the repairs. House values are different for each neighborhood. And houses that need work tend to take much longer to sell. But not for us because we prefer to do do the work ourselves. As you probably know, some house values have really taken a hit in the last five to ten years. And some house values have actually gone up. That’s why we have to do a little research on your specific property. Our goal is to come up with a fair price that works for both of us.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: You will not be charged any fees or commissions when you work with us. That can really save you some big money compared to what agents charge. Plus many times we can pay all the closing costs too. So you won’t have to come up with any cash just to sell your house. Many of our customers have told us that we have really taken the burden off their shoulders. Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Here are some ways we are different from real estate agents:
